Price list and service terms
All prices are in Georgian lari (₾).
1. Seasonal membership for private owners
Posting a rental listing on MyBakuriani requires the matching seasonal membership. Paying the membership fee does not activate it automatically — the membership becomes active only after the administration confirms it.

The Facebook-group VIP rate is verified by the administration before activation; if the claim is incorrect, the request is rejected and the payment is refunded to the balance.
Activation process:
- The user chooses a seasonal membership and pays the corresponding fee.
- The administration checks the user's details and the listing's compliance with the platform rules.
- After the administration confirms, the membership becomes active.
- With an active membership, the user can post the corresponding rental listing.
2. VIP and listing visibility services
All VIP services listed below are valid for 24 hours.
VIP status
2 ₾ / 24 hours
VIP status gives the listing a special VIP badge and makes it more prominent on the platform wherever VIP listings are shown.
Discount badge
2.50 ₾ / 24 hours
The discount badge gives the listing a special mark that tells users a discount or special offer applies. The listing can appear in the matching “special offers” section/filter.
SUPER VIP
5 ₾ / 24 hours
SUPER VIP is the highest listing-visibility package. While active, the listing gets priority placement, appears among the priority search results and in the VIP section of the home page, ahead of listings with VIP status.

4. SMS packages
SMS packages let the user send service and/or promotional messages to guests' mobile numbers within the platform's relevant features. Each message uses 1 credit; a long message, for example one with a link, may be sent as 2 or more SMS but still counts as 1 credit.

Packages differ in their apartment limit.
6. Short rules for publication on the site
- All prices are in lari (₾).
- VIP services are valid for 24 hours.
- Seasonal membership is activated only after the administration confirms it.
- Payment and activation of a service do not mean the listing is published automatically.
- Listings are subject to the administrative review provided for by MyBakuriani's rules.
- Before payment, the user must be shown the specific service's price, validity period and main conditions.
- Promotional SMS are sent only when the corresponding marketing consent exists.
